Maybe you can explore other work opportunities that are less stressful. Even if the job pays you a lot, it is not going to be worth it if you go home stressed each day. You can manage stress by doing things that you love doing.

If you’re very active with moving then you can increase your intensity for even more benefits. If you are not active yet, then get started by simply sitting less and moving more.
